Initial culture and people Work Life Balance Growth Stability

Cons

Everything went to bad after the new acquisition. They told us we were going to be laid off, then said we had to train our replacements.

Pros

Management is pretty nice but that is about it.

Cons

Management telling everyone when somebody has quit or has been fired. Pay is not enough for the amount of tedious work. Even if you do well it’s never a good job there’s always a “you could do better.” Like it’s never enough. Open opportunities are rare
