Pros

The only reason I lasted was because of the people.

Cons

Where can I even start? The company is all about kissing up to the right people to move to the top. They hate women, only promote the men who happen to be friends before working here together. It felt like a fraternity more than a professional work environment. Upper management changed to someone with no experience, did not make any sense on why he was the manager. They preach about work/life balance but you would receive a hard no if you asked for a day off, however, if you were friends with the manager, he would encourage them to take a sick day. If concerns were brought up about being short staffed, they would brush it off and only focus on the customer success team. When there was a bug with this horrible software, they would shrug their shoulders and never provide a solution. They let go of someone because they simply felt threatened by them. They preach about moving up the staff, don’t care about what happens to the rest of the team. The list goes on. Stay away from this company if you want a drama free, professional work life. You’re better off working at Starbucks, because I’m sure they would treat their employees better.

Pros

nice location and office, compensation was nice when you hit your numbers, but that was few and far between

Cons

little to no guidance, clear distinction between upper management and lower end employees, lack of communication between upper management and employees, lack of communication between teams, unrealistic quotas for a public sector business, Blame falls on BDAs when more should be focused on the Account Executives that the BDAs booked appointments for (More responsibilities should have landed on the AEs)

Pros

Coworkers are amazing, plenty of nespresso/snacks, free parking, game room, lunches, the market needs the product and there's potential to make a decent amount of money if paired with a big closer. Could be a good place to break into the SaaS sales industry

Cons

When I started this was a great company to work for, and 3 months ago I would have written a great review.. But everything changed and feels like a completely different company. New management makes you feel like a child again. Quota's are changed often without any written notice or structure, and breakdowns for commissions will probably never be provided. This job is all about stroking the right ego, top performance has little to no factor in success which is probably why all the best leave. Most of the sales team was laid off to hire a better team(which is performing the same). This killed the culture completely, and created a toxic atmosphere since management refuses to take responsibility. They preach promoting from within but continue to hire externally. As long as you're "liked" even if you can't hit half of quota you'll be fine here.
