Lots of experience in all aspects with accountability Good remuneration Great hard working, focused and generaly loyal team Opportunity to develop in the role Excellent opportunity to learn a lot about business

Cons

Moral is low, little appreciation, tough working hours for all BU's leadership lacks inspiration to staff Growing pains - processes are not well defined to suit departmental demands Too little investment when growing new markets leading to an unsustainable work output

Great supply chanin management structure. Management is detail oriented. Good team work, people are generally nice. Salary is relatively higher than average.

Cons

More and more politic in office. Everyone is afraid of making mistake. Its out of CEO control. Work load is too much, 1 person takes up 2 headcount's job. People work round the clock.
