Pros

- Salary and benefits are good enough - Culture - Lots of good people to work with - Easier to get through some things here then in other companies.

Cons

- Lots of the so called NNG-experienced people are totally incompetent at their area (maybe they were competent on other places) and they are making really bad technical decisions, which is of course mandatory to apply so we have to swallow the consequences. This is the same for management level, but really, I am convinced now, that the management is a bit better than the stakeholder technical people. - Everybody is whining about unimportant things, which deflects the attention from other important things to discuss - for instance home office? Go home then and leave the company! It is like you don't want to work with a team. Are you had enough of the check-in system? Go to another place! Who cares about these? - The IT is HORRIBLE. They are the most incompetent IT team I have seen in my whole career.
