Typical company that is not a startup anymore but not an organized company yet
Pros
* Some talented colleagues. * Chance to go traveling. * The office is nice, for a Hungarian company. * Business is flowing like a river, the company won't starve for a good number of years to come.
Cons
* Pay growth is weak. It was nice when the company started, but since it grew to many hundreds of employees, it went down. * Connected to the above, the company doesn't keep its more talented colleagues who came too late. * Still to the above, there are some very bad apples in the company, who maintain critical areas in the product. * The work can be too much sometimes, meaning occasionally staying in on holidays and weekends. * Hours worked over the mandatory are rarely honored in pay, if you want to get ahead in your career at NNG it's almost expected. * Quality assurance is lacking. As mentioned in the pros, business is in abundance, and that means there is no time to actually create a quality product. You have to ship what you have. * Thanks to the organization of the company, there are huge differences between the parts, some are legitimately slacking off, some are drowning in work.
