Pros

Intersting projects. There is a lot of room for improvements, so if you are coming from a well-organized technical company you could be a key player easily.

Cons

Promotions and bonuses are very project-depending, and sometimes not based on the performance and productivity people provide -> You have to push hard to get noticed with your achivements. Tipical growing mistakes with freshly bought companies. Lack of internal trainings.

Pros

Nice office, huge freedom. Quite interesting projects on delivery side. Lot of company organized events, team building stuff. I have to write a 20 sentences here so i must mention the free coffee just to reach the limit :/

Cons

Blind management. There were several changes in the past few years, but the leaders are from the same group of friends. Funny fights and wars between developer units without any improvement. Everybody blames someone else for the mistakes - other teams, other PMs, the customer- but not themselfs. Most of the project Managers are unprofessional and more like "customer request handlers" Because of the changes of the past, many workers leave the company and the HR is not able to hire professional job seekers anymore. And there are many many worker who doesnt know anything about software development.
