Market Leader that could not handle a day in their employee shoes. I would love to see her watch 25 large dogs all day for $11 an hour. Favoritism and opportunities if she thought you thought she was IMPORTANT. No support from leadership and unreal expectations unless you sit in your office all day doing reports and leaving the real hard working employees to run the place most of the time. They call her the Cocaine Cowgirl because she talked so much. Good riddance

I believe there are probably some good NVA clinics out there but mine went downhill from the moment it was sold to NVA. Mgmt will lie to your face (about benefits, support for the team, etc) to get more work out of you and never follow through on their end. It’s about the money not the patients or clients, which is horrible and demoralizing. Our in hospital mgmt team fosters so much drama that most long term employees (present for years to decades prior to NVA takeover) have left or are leaving.
