Leadership lacks transparency or consistency. Told one thing they do another or they like to go back on what they've said. Makes for lots of confusion. Lack of support, leadership often leaves you to.figure almost everything out on your own without any real guidance. Lack of empathy, making unattainable goals which make.it impossible.to get a decent raise or bonus.

There is upward mobility opportunities for motivated individuals. Hospital autonomy with a private practice feel at sites, yet there is the superior support and benefits of a larger corporate company. The best of both worlds!
