NVA has really gone downhill

Pros

Corporate offered great health benefits, and the people that corporate supported were wonderful.

Cons

NVA used to be a great place to work - like 6-8 years ago. But ever since it was sold to JAB, the soul of the company has been completely gutted. The company has lost sight of its original mission - for the love and animals and the people who love them. They are completely driven by the bottom line, at the expense of the hard working people who make the company profitable - its clinical employees.
