No value in employees/inexperienced upper management

Pros

Encourages best care of all animals.

Cons

Does not value current employees and employee growth. Quick to bring outside personnel in instead of encouraging seasoned employees into upper positions. Poor Senior Management hires with no experience in the pet resort industry. Prioritizes money and administrative tasks over resort operations. Micromanages employees and general managers without asking for feedback/input.

Unachievable bonuses, 60+ hour work weeks, no support, unrealistic budgets, upper management with no veterinary experience. Unethical, immoral workplace practices. Unsafe working environment.

Pros

Upgrades to clinic equipment, digital radiography, inhouse blood machines, practice management software

Cons

Impersonal, say they won't change anything, and then change practically everything, disregard long term employees about how things work at a specific location, hire incompetent hospital managers, refuse to listen to staff concerns, "pass the buck" to someone else, turn your words against you, stick up for only those that agree with them. Expect you to "drink the kool-aid".
