Pros

High turnover so it's easy to get hired.

Cons

DO NOT LISTEN TO ALL THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS. Take a look at them all. Notice how each one mentions the "culture" or how great the management is. The huge majority of these 5 star reviews are coming straight from management themselves. Do you love sitting in an office chair, talking on the phone to incompetent people, and doing nothing but the same 3 repetitive tasks over and over again for 8 hours straight? Then this is the job for you! You will be micro-managed down to the minute, treated like a child, and feel like a cog in a machine every second your unfortunate soul has to spend in this place.

Pros

None. This place is trash

Cons

I have a lot to say so please take time to read this. I am a top performer. I consistently hit 1 to 1.5 million ever month. This company takes your money! Yes, they take your money in the form of chargebacks. I recently got $3,000 taken out of my check, $2,000 taken out if my previous check. Here, you enroll people into a debt relief program who are financially going through a hardship. You put them on a payment plan to pay toeards those debts. You have a 4 month rolling chargeback, meaning anything you enrolled in Jan can cancel and be taken off of your next check Feb, March, April. Sooner or later you will have a great month of 40 loans. I. The coming months you will see your check get depleted by chargebacks and cancels. Oh and if the client is insufficient on funds one payment, you get the whole commission taken from you and the company keeps the client enrolled and still keeps the deal YOU SOLD! one example the client had a debt settled and the company made $6500 on it. One payment the client called in and asked to extend his payment date because he had an emergency come up. They charged me back my full commission of $430 on it and kept the deal as well as the $6500 made on it. The clients life and finances are out of my control but I get penalized for it. If you are ok with the company taking $2k-$4k out of your check monthly then this place is for you. One of my Team Leads had $40k taken out of their pay overall for their year-to-date. Thats a salary! This place is oppressive. Not only do they take your money. They pay you $15 an hour and pay you half-time for overtime. So you get $7.50 for overtime. Thats what their employees are worth to them. The managers are all inexperienced liars. Anytime you mention or provide feedback for your chargebacks, your commission being taken from you, your leadflow being manipulated they reply “have you thought about working overtime? Have you thought about dialing more? Have you thought about changing your pitch?” The job is all scripted. There is no selling. The product is junk. It ruins peoples credit and causes problems with the creditors. All your hard work is washed down the drain in the form of chargebacks. Next thing, this place is a prison. They have workforce management where they track your activity, they preschedule your lunches and breaks. If you go out if that time frame for anything you get written up. They have AI that screens all the words you say so if you say something that deviates from the script of if you miss a word you get written up. If you walk away from your computer too long or you dont keep dialing you get written up. They micromanage your dials, your sales, your contacts, your time, your status, your calls, everything. One month I was #1 on the team and #2 in my region. I got written up for my dials-per-hour being low. Mind you, I exceeded 160% of my goal and got written up because my dials-per-hour were lower than what the company wanted. Is this sales? There is massive favoritism here! Some people are in different lead queues that route specific leads to that person with specific loan amounts. And this person doesnt have to read legal disclosures and they take inbound calls. This place will sell you that this is inside sales inbound calls. Its not! Its all outbound and the people that dont pick up get counter against your conversion which affects your quality of leads. So if you get 10 leads and those people dont pick up the phone , that lead gets counted against you! Theres people here sitting for 10 hours with nobody to talk to. Its all rigged. This place is full of people that have no self-respect or dont realize any self-worth. Its full of management bullies and kool-aid sipping rejects that cant fit in anywhere else but have to lie to themselves in the mirror everyday that this is the best place on earth and lie to their peers to get a quick buck. I left this place recently and wont look back. The best I can do is persuading anyone that reads this to not out yourself through this. Everyone is better than this place. The grass is greener elsewhere!

Pros

NDR provides decent earning potential and work/life balance for most of their employees.

Cons

The majority of reviews left are fake! Leadership will ask employees to leave (fake) positive reviews to offset negative ratings. National Debt Relief does not value their workforce. Management makes decisions without any input or consideration of their employees. Departmental policies, job duties, and business needs change daily. Massive layoffs occur every three or four months - including rescinding offers from perspective employees. Management will only promote those that agree with their decisions. If you are looking to grow with the company, favoritism plays a major role. Most managers have no experience in leading and motivating a team. The senior "leadership" team is rude, incompetent, and tactless. They do not value their employees. When any issue occurs, their first instinct is to layoff/fire employees. The CEO can be heard all day screaming and cursing from his office - he is extremely unapproachable. They are all dishonest and continue to withhold information or provide false narratives when confronted. NDR had a terrible action plan for COVID-19. They waited far too long to establish work from home opportunities and immediately laid-off employees from all departments. They have continued to do this throughout the pandemic. This is not a stable working environment!

Our employees’ health and wellbeing are always our top priorities. As we work to navigate this unprecedented time, we continue to put our employees first and do everything we can to support them. Our teams worked tirelessly to enable employees to work from home, an impressive feat that we were able to accomplish well before an executive order was issued. Furthermore, NDR encourages honest and constructive feedback across all our departments; we do not solicit for untrue reviews.
