Pros

Remote. I don’t have any other pros.

Cons

I am a high performing debt consultant and have been in sales for 10 years. This is the 2nd debt relief company I’ve worked for. This company lacks transparency and integrity. When they recruited me, I asked for a breakdown of the commission structure. They refused to give it or share exactly how commission was earned. They said “youll find out at the end of training in 30 days”. Commission is a big part of the income in sales but they refused to share what that was. Once they gave the breakdown, it was horrible! I’ve made 20k a month working in sales and here, you’re lucky to crack 5k…(more like 3 or 4 - BEFORE taxes). Also, while this is a remote job, the company favors people who live in the New York/New Jersey area. I have a family and would never buy a house or expect stability from this company as they steal money from you each month. They try to force you to basically live on $15 an hour. Don’t work here unless you want a company to lie to you, not pay you more than $15, steal from you, and not be transparent.

Pros

Money can be made here

Cons

So, I came back to look at my review of this company for the heck of it. IT WAS REMOVED but was 100% honest feedback. Keep this in mind when considering these reviews/company. This is who you're dealing with. Look at all the dates on these reviews. You'll notice there's bunches on the same day. This is because they send strongly worded emails to complete these reviews and make it seem mandatory. They run on a culture of fear. Like job security? This isn't the place. You are very expendable here and you are only a number to them. I give people the benefit of the doubt. But they are far past that point with me. You CAN make money here. Most people fall around 85k a year. But couple that with the terrible management and constant pressure...the 85k is not so solid. When you actually are making 250+ calls a day, with a manager breathing down your back, I hope you think back to this review. PLEASE heed these negative reviews. There's trends in them. That's because they're true. Dont be like me and "fall for" the reviews on here. They're completely manipulating these reviews because they know they have very high turnover and need to save face so they always have new fresh talent to churn and burn. WORK ELSEWHERE!

Pros

laid back work environment. great location, fun office at times

Cons

I have worked here for a year. The job is filled with nepotism and a culture of being a slave to the job. brushing over the fact that your working week is 55 hours + just goes to show how much mental gymnastics management is trying to do to convince themselves that people should be working that many hours. Your base salary is in the 20s, with commission you can make great money, upwards of 100k+. However. this is achieved by a select few that consistently get fed better business. It is not uncommon to see 20 agents doing great with another 80 doing mediocre. the mood in the office is unhappy. No one looks at this company like its a career. its just a job. Be prepared to have your entire month's production ruined because you had a bad week. Then you get the hear that its your fault and that you need to work extra(more than the 10 hours you are putting in daily already).
