Victor Place was a great supervisor--gave you plenty of support, but also allowed you to be independent and creative. Lots of paid time off.

Cons

No real chance to advance your career, pay was pretty low.

Decent benefits for a nonprofit. The staff teams are made up of dedicated employees doing excellent work for people living with or at-risk for mental illness.

Cons

Disjointed leadership, lots of politics. Being a nonprofit means that the budget hinges on outside funding which can be unpredictable.
