      Pros

      Your ideas and insights are welcomed in the Adjunctive Therapies department. You are allowed to work within your own theoretical lens and conduct therapy groups- no case management.

      Cons

      The rest of the hospital does not always understand the therapist roll- so you often have to educate and create boundaries to keep the therapy space sacred for the patients.

      Most 5 and 4 star reviews are written by Navos. The red flag is how they full language from their mission statement and put it directly into the review, see: equity, inclusion, etc

      Cons

      Completely top down working environment. HR is yielded like a hammer to remove employees via false claims. These claims are never researched.

Mission-driven organization, making a difference in the community, Working with people who care, Good benefits Management working hard to create a great place to work. Example: a recent salary survey resulted in most clinical positions receiving pay adjustments to ensure market parity. CEO who is recognized as an expert in his field. Watching the clients achieve progress in their recovery in extremely rewarding. Focus on equity and inclusion is good and improving

      National workforce shortage, lack of funding for treatment and support by the legislature and other governing bodies.
