Pros

The performance bonus is great.

Cons

In most departments, Senior management (AVP+) hinders growth or change. Many of them have never been anywhere else and/or do not keep up with the standards found at other companies. The company is hybrid, but odds are that just means you'll be taking WebEx calls on your personal computer sitting five feet from all the other people. The culture is childish, there are many personalities fighting each other over petty arguments that make it difficult to have candid conversations or even try to make changes in the org. Yet, you will find a lot of self-congratulating. Many people have been here for a while, and becuase management didn't know what to do with them, they promote them. The Dilbert Pinciple is in effect as well. The data quality is atrocious, because of the personalities, many teams sabotaged their own data going into the data lake. For workload. You will be dumped with work but then find it is hard to get anything done with the different personalities. There is very little direction for where the company will go, feels stuck in status quo. I did come in during a CEO transition which may affect that.
