Pros

-bonus is okay (I got 2k this year) - benefits are good (7% match 401k, 300 wellness reimbursement, and decently priced health insurance)

Cons

-Management is toxic and passive aggressive. They micromanage a lot. The company prides itself on the fact that they don't push "sales" of credit cards, loans, etc but lately management has been pushing us to basically sell those items. - In branch, it's almost impossible to move up due to lack of higher position available. - Yearly raises suck (I got 2% this past year) which doesn't even keep up with inflation. Newer employees get paid more than employees that have been with the company for years. - lots of bullying goes on in the work place and it's very clique. - lack of training and career development. - no flexibly

Pros

Benefits, Bonus, Food, work Out rooms

Cons

If you aren’t military you probably won’t get anywhere. I am so that worked in my favor. I am not proud of it as a bypass tool. I like to earn my way. I am a proud man, but if it doesn’t bother you then that is your in. If you don’t know someone to network you, you won’t go anywhere even if you are experienced and educated. Completely inexperienced individuals get promoted as technical engineers each year through a one year program. Great for them, bad for the company and members and their money. It’s scary when you research these candidates. The majority of the annual bonuses go to the highest level managers doing the least amount of work. I get a large bonus, but a fraction of what my managers receive. Who does the majority of the work? They take my reports to their meetings as their own. Technical departments managed by people without any technical knowledge. Don’t take your advanced degree to NF unless you like frustration.
