Pros

Great people within BD team but they were let go:(

Cons

Love seeing some of the replies on these recent reviews: Instead of going on defense with the PR team to say things are “falsely claimed” or “exaggerated” you should look into what people are saying.. I can assure you that if you asked anonymously anyone on that BD or sales team they would have negative feedback and very similar “claims” in their experience… I know this because I’ve had those people reach out to me afterwards and agree or mention worse experiences. Meanwhile no management or leadership position reached out to see how they could help or fix what the issues were… I stand on what was said and would tell anyone looking through these reviews before interviewing please be cautious and take these reviews seriously! It’s not a coincidence that when the CEO change was made reviews became more negative… They do lie to clients and employees and people on the team. They may still owe dozens of clients $ because they can’t manage those relationships correctly… but they won’t mention that or the fact no one on the sales team was able to hit goal… definitely issues coming from the top down! Wishing those reading this the best of luck! Stay away!

Thank you for sharing your perspective. It's clear that you feel strongly about your experience. Given the anonymity of your review, it can be difficult to address specific concerns you raised. We welcome you to call HR to discuss in further detail. We understand the importance of listening to feedback, and while we value constructive criticism, we believe it's essential to address certain points raised in this review that do not align with the full picture of our team or operations. First, while we acknowledge that some individuals may have had negative experiences, it is important to clarify that these are not universal across the entire sales or BD team. We regularly reach out to employees for feedback and have implemented several initiatives in response to concerns raised. Constructive criticism is welcomed and actively encouraged through various internal channels, including anonymous feedback, which we routinely use to drive improvements. If issues had been brought to our attention during your tenure, we would have addressed them directly, as we do with all feedback. Regarding claims about client relationships and financial obligations, we want to be clear that we take these matters seriously. We work diligently to maintain transparency and trust with both clients and employees. Any concerns around client payments or unmet expectations are addressed directly with those involved to ensure fair and timely resolutions. While your experience may not have been positive, it’s important to provide a balanced view for those considering opportunities with us. We encourage potential candidates to reach out directly, ask questions of both the hiring manager and potential peers, and form their own opinions based on transparent communication.

Pros

It’s easy to get hired here.

Cons

Management is terrible. Their egos prevent them from hiring smart and capable people. They prefer their subordinates to be much less qualified, so that they continue to be the smartest people in the room, even though the majority are terrible at their jobs.

Pros

If you're entry level, work hard and you'll get a lot of opportunities. A lot of good coworkers and, if you're in a client-facing position, a lot of the clients are a joy to work with.

Cons

-Executives are pretty unprofessional. Questionable decision-making, borderline abusive in occassion (yelling in people's faces, trying to intimidate), and are generally just sort of unscrupulous. There used to be a lot of good leaders higher up, but many are gone now (and a lot of them left around the same time, so what does that tell you?) - Management seems to only look for ways to blame those below them rather than working toward solutions to problems (for example- if print ad sales are down, so it must be because the salespeople aren't working hard enough and not the fact that print publications aren't used anymore; if job posting sales are down, it must be because the sales team is slacking off and not because the job board sites bring clients no value because they get no traffic) -Wrong people in middle management - people get promoted without having experience, and aren't trained on management skills or people skills. So you end up with a lot of immaturity, unprofessionalism, and pettiness. -Technical products are kind of a joke, built with outdated and failing tech. Beware of sales or customer service positions in the tech divisions, the products are not sustainable -On the lower end when it comes to pay and benefits. No 401k match, medical coverage isn't great. Don't expect annual reviews or pay increases. Low salaries are justified by bonus opportunities.
