Pros

I worked with alot of good people, unfortunately turn over was high. Understaffed...I cant comment how the work atmoshpere is currently; but I hope its gotten better.

Cons

Management was good to me personally ....however there were more people in mid management who thought they were the owners and treat people how they liked. (I guess its not too much of a con since they no longer work there). I was approached by HR(who also is no longer there) to put in a good rating on this site after they had a few unpleasant reviews...so that's all I will say about that.

Pros

Seemed like a good organization to begin with

Cons

Alex Solomon is the worst person that I have ever encountered. He is OBVIOUSLY very insecure. DON'T use your e-mail to speak to anyone about ANYTHING, He reads and responds to them ALL, when they are not addressed to him. >>> I should have done more homework before joining this nutcase organization. EVERYONE that I met in NYC that assisted me onboard are GONE. As are all of the helpful people in the Raleigh office .. so, even if you sell, which I DID, there's no one to make the product do what you promised the customer that it would do . Zero stars.

Thanks for taking the time to reflect on your time at Net@Work. Since you are no longer an employee I can only say that I am sorry your experience here did not match our intention for Net@Work to be the best place you have ever worked. Me and the entire executive management team have always been extremely proud of our company, our employees and all of the successes we have enjoyed. We accept our rewards with both humility and pride; we take criticisms seriously and with reflection. We take care in not making promises to our clients that we may not be able to deliver. We have built our client relationships on the trust they have in us. We have an outstanding sales team who continues to raise the bar on achievements; indeed, it is not for everyone. We have worked hard to create a company where people are empowered to succeed and know that they are valued. While this was simple when we were smaller, we continue to ensure this is a core part of our environment. We know it is very important for everyone to feel connected and to enjoy transparency and collaboration as we continue to grow. From a technology standpoint, while we used to rely heavily on email exchanges to sort out solutions, we now work on a collaborative platform that allows everyone on the team to weigh-in in a timely fashion. This is still a work in progress, but it will transform our team collaboration and communications. Through our periodic surveys to our management, staff, clients, vendors and competitors (yes, our competitors), we have reflected on how we continue to build our brand. I am proud to say the outcome has been tremendously engaging and positive. We have a management team that supports this effort with open dialogue and inclusion in strategy and planning. We have employees who act as ambassadors who take part in company initiatives to further our collaboration- even as we grow. Beyond that, we continuously seek feedback throughout the organization to connect on a personal level with as many people as possible. If you would like to share more about your experience with me, feel free to contact me at asolomon@netatwork.com. I wish you the best in your future endeavors. -Alex Solomon Co-Founder
