      Learned a lot, mostly had to learn on my own. I wished my managers had more time to actual talk

      Listen to employees and stop promising what you can't deliver

      Pros

      -Great colleagues and receptive leadership -Leadership is open to constructive criticism and works towards improving what they are able to -Room for growth and a lot of learning opportunities if you seek them out -Employee lunch every month -Everyone is friendly and social, get together for happy hour events and birthdays -You have a lot of freedom in the work day as long as your work is getting done. Big push for autonomy and problem solving.

      Cons

      -Benefits could be better but they are actively working to improve the plans they offer -Unhappy employees often poison the well for new employees before they can form their own opinions

      Pros

      No one pays attention, people just do what they want.

      Cons

      You will find out your real job after you get hired. Trying to learn your job is impossible. Finger pointing blame game. Will talk about change but its a lie, don't want change. Lots of turnover. Stayed alive buying dying companies not earning new customers. Management controls but won't manage.
