the two owners are bullies. Management has no power and is at the whim of the brothers who seem to make decisions based on no information

Toxic company that will find creative ways to maximize profit . If you have no other options, take the job but don't expect much. Revolving door with substandard benefits. Will nickel and dime everything. Forget about any career path or growth.
