Still a great place to work

Pros

The company is focused on leading in their market in all aspects. The market and execution is fast paced. Those of us who keep up and contribute are treated well and remain happy work work here.

Cons

Not everyone likes that challenging market. People do sometimes fail against defined performance criteria as evidenced here on this site with negative reviews from people who left.

Remote working Some interesting clients Colleagues - unfortunately talent has since left

Cons

Management. Compensation well below industry standard. Tech developments are minimal so falling behind competitors Always chasing competitor flaws instead of addressing own issues Zero career progression Quid used to attract big name clients but no longer attractive as developments stopped Majority of colleagues left since merger Only way to beat competition is by promising the world which cant be delivered

Interesting technology, Questionable executives

Pros

Great people, interesting technology, even though no longer a hot startup still has potential.

Cons

Smarmy sales tactics, exec incompetence and greed led by prior CEO. Hope it changed under Peter but stealing former employee investment by nullifying its value post-acquisition is a big red flag.
