People in this company are indeed respecting to each other as well as the working hours since it allows members to work remotely

It's a really good working place with good working atmosphere. I actually have no complaint about it.

work from home variety of clients variety of projects independence in managing workload

Cons

I love everything about this job that i don't have any cons for it. If you prefer somewhere with more management and direction and are not proactive and happy to work from home then this isn't for you.
