Pros
1. Management is competent, respectful, and wants to help (without breathing down your neck). 2. Work/life balance is easy to maintain thanks to a good work-from-home policy. 3. Work is rewarding and putting in extra effort is recognized.
Cons
Not many... product is complex and sometimes direction is unclear, but this is likely due to the uncertain nature of the industry and market. The company and market are changing and growing.
