Pros
Work life balance is excellent. People are generally friendly and helpful. Netbase seems to care about their employees and makes an effort towards mutual respect. Time is taken to review what works and what can be improved upon. Issues are immediately dealt with and steps are taken to maintain a safe and successful working environment. The product suite is powerful and offers excellent tools within the Social Media analytics space. Netbase can beat the competition every time under the right conditions.
Cons
Pay is somewhat on the low end. The product cost can be prohibitive for small to medium sized businesses. There is a steep learning curve for some, to become proficient in using the tools. Time needs to be invested in order to fully utilize the tool set which is not always available to the client.
