Pros

Werner Mansfeld (President) is a great thinker and leader. Was always open to exploring new ideas.

Cons

Marketing services and lead gen in particular is a tough and fickle industry. One day your customers love you and the next they hate you. Can be perceived as a commodity, so there is price sensitivity to deal with from a sales perspective.

Pros

- Great mix of people. Most with the best intentions. - Relatively flat organization (aside from obvious mgmt roles) - Exposure to huge brands/clients without many layers - Work/life balance is centric to the culture (gym reimbursement, wellness guest speakers, etc.) - Create your own path: Hhave a good idea? Throw it at the wall and see who picks it up before it hits the floor. More often than not, I've found that people listen and run with good ideas. - Relatively nimble and quick to pivot - The NetLine Lounge - Free drinks every Friday night and other random events/evenings. This is a new addition this year and personal favorite 'perk'

Cons

- Some employees are a bit too comfortable - Maybe the work/life balance is a little too flexible? Hard to say considering this is the valley. - Most sales reps are remote and not connected to the day-to-day inner-workings at the office. - A little too quiet for my liking in the office but I'm one of the more vocal/out-going people here. I guess some people like to put their head down and focus on their work. Maybe a more open floor plan would help to foster more interaction? - Some reps clearly are pulling their weight (if not exceeding) while others clearly hide via working at their 'home office'. I get the sense that more hungry reps in the HQ would be a positive for both the reps and the company as a whole.

Pros

phenomenally great people to work with from top to bottom small company which allows us to be nimble and quick to respond to changing landscape flexible with employees work schedule balance between fun and work willing to take risks love the paid holiday week off at the end of the year

Cons

being small also means we have to be careful with spending, whether it's marketing or other areas.
