      It's a small, tight-knit company with good intentions.

      There's lots of gossiping at all levels of the company. There's a lack of process to streamline and empower employees & customers.

      Pros

      - Many large clients - Room to grow, but you have to push for it yourself - Casual work environment - Flexible hours - Modern health/dental/vision benefits - Weekly fruit / Monthly happy hour

      Cons

      - Little innovation, old backend - Lower than average pay - Very limited (practically no) telecommute options - Monthly forced PTO (could be a pro) - Few holidays (week off Christmas to NYE is good)

      No room for advancement, small minded company, cant get over hump

      Pros

      flexible hours, time off, nice location, free drinks. The actual people that work here are very nice, laid back, etc.

      Cons

      compensation isn't competitive, have to fight for raise or promotion. Management doesnt seem to really comprehend the job of sales and marketing.
