Pros

All very kind and supportive people in the team.

Cons

Perl, PHP and MySQL stack with some code nearing two decades of age result in a lot of time spent on technical debt. Go makes for a rather slim proportion of total codebase.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do indeed have some services built with less modern languages, but we also have newer services built with go, react, and others. We've got a solid, modern application architecture pattern in use for new build work, and a plan for migrating and refactoring older services. We've made good progress against this plan, and will absolutely continue to invest in our services moving forward. Pros

Excellent leadership team and very intelligent / kind colleagues across all departments, from top to bottom. Great perks e.g. Vitality health insurance, lunches and food included at the office, flexible working hours and locations. Great transparency and communication from Leadership team. The opportunity to learn and improve every day with great mentors. I believe Netcraft is an excellent business and is going places, watch this space!
