Not a good company

Pros

Pay is decent, but they continue to hand out 1 percent raises every year.

Cons

Long commutes to work up to 2hrs depending on the site. NGM ran off most the good upper and middle management and filled those positions with yes men. Run equipment into the ground beyond repair then blame maintenance and front-line management. Step over a dollar to save a penny. Insurance is not great. Currently experiencing 25 to 30 percent turn over in a year. Thats a company that employes 7,000 people. That says alot.
