Very team driven, excellent culture and work environment. You are able to choose your own career path through New Home Star. Excellent work-life balance and great co-workers. Great communication with upper Management. This is a company that I can see myself working for my entire career.

Cons

New Home Star expects you to to be at your best everyday. Some work is challenging but the rewards are plenty.
