Pros

The level of training one receives at this company is second to none. I have seen experienced and non-experienced professionals thrive as a result of the training processes at New Home Star. Sales associates get out of it what they put into it. If someone is willing to learn and work hard then this company can be very lucrative. Overall, the upper management cares greatly for their team. I have also never seen an organization be willing to change and adapt in an effort to consistently grow and improve.

Cons

The challenging part about this industry is that it tends to fluctuate. At times new home builders have a lot to sell, and at other times they have much less. Riding the ups and downs is a challenge in this field. It is not just an issue facing New Home Star. As mentioned above, New Home Star is a growing company that is welling to try new things. Sometimes those new things are abundantly productive, and other times they aren't as successful. If you are someone who isn't good with change then I wouldn't recommend this company for you.

Pros

- New Home Star gives you the opportunity to forge your own path. The company is expanding constantly, and with the opportunities for advancement available, there is no limit to what you might achieve. - Incredible financial opportunity. - Management is committed to Mentorship, training and creating a culture of excellence. (Best training in the business) - Flat company, you have a voice from the moment you begin whether as a trainee or upper management. - Very positive place to work. Management will stand behind you.

Cons

- Client responsibilities and Employer responsibilities can add additional layers of bureaucracy. - Not unique to NHS, but working in real estate is also a lifestyle you need to be comfortable with. (Working weekends, results driven compensation, etc.)

Pros

New Home Star is changing the way homes are sold by equipping sales associates in an industry that has so much fulfillment in being a part of, with systems, processes and unparalleled training. The company is growing strategically and it is creating career advancement at unprecedented rates. New Home Star rewards tenacity and creativity as we are doing something special to help builders sell more homes. Knowing you are contributing to something so important to the national economy while working in an environment that is fun, energetic and full of great leaders, mentors and people who truly care about your personal success makes New Home Star an ideal company to invest your time in your career with.

Cons

If you are not one who likes to develop, be challenged and grow, this is not a good fit for you. The company believes strongly in coaching and mentoring to get the most out of you. It requires you to give your best, your very best and has a culture of continuous improvement, which can be difficult for those who want to coast in their career.
