      Pros

      Really interesting tech. A lot of really nice people. Great to work at real scale. Work/life balance was good.

      Cons

      Flat hierarchy... kind of. With a shadow hierarchy that you have to discover. Work/life balance was eroding. A lot of the philosophy isn't really exercised. Extremely poor technical product management discipline. Leadership is unraveling at the highest levels.

      Pros

      Location and Office are among the best. Pay was top level. Benefits are solid.

      Cons

      CEO has destroyed the culture and directly forced qualified talent to leave. With this talent vacuum, there are candidates that are being hired that fulfill the original “makeup” of the company but are really just satisfying diverse archetypes and not talented.

      Pros

      I am very proud of the products we've built. It's an amazing experience to work on a product that you use everyday in your job. New executive leadership is driving a massive improvement in our company strategy and I am enthusiastic about our future.

      Cons

      New executive leadership is fundamentally changing the culture of the company by eroding work-life balance and conducting re-orgs without regard to employees' job security. New Relic has been known for its exceptional company culture, but it is now more like the average tech company.
