      Pros

      Same as last time benefits and that’s about it.

      Cons

      Apparently someone saw my review and put two and two together. As I have used a couple of those comments in the office before. Today was my last day with Nextgen but not by my choice. But I will say I’m very relieved. No more bs, I will likely never find a corporation that really truly gives a crap about the employee.

      New employees cannot work from home Management lies, cannot be trusted Will over work you to the point you burn out Generic training, nothing specific to your role Promotions go to favorites, not hard workers No advancement opportunities Silos Broken processes Management does not care about it's employees Useless HR department Some employees are arrogant and out right rude. Management let's it slide. Shady management practices Useless monthly surveys. Metrics Metrics Metrics Quiet layoffs Support gets treated like garbage
