Pros

-Leader in CCaaS -Company is continuing to acquire new solutions which makes our product offering robust and "future proof" -Solid work life balance

Cons

-Poor career advancement options -CEO only seems to care about P&L -Company culture is 30 years behind the times -Is a $15+ billion company but runs like a disorganized slow moving startup -Is continually behind the curve when it comes to latest sales practices -Upper Management doesn't seem like they really want to help their employees excel in their job -When promoted, NICE doesn't want to pay internal employees what they're paying new hires

Pros

Great compensation ; competitive health insurance benefits; fairly consistent and fairly generous bonus plan.

Cons

There is no work life balance. It is an unspoken rule that you will work during vacations and holidays. Intensive evening and weekend work whether it be tied to cutover activity or tied to the fact that you are overallocated as a work resource; most project support resources are outsourced to other countries which makes scheduling resources for stateside projects problematic. The company has moved to sourcing most project manager work to Bogota Columbia so stateside project managers’ job security is somewhat questionable . Management rules with a heavy hand in an environment where difficulty in work resource scheduling and new never-before tried integrations make success not impossible but many times difficult. Culture. and values are spoken to but not lived by the management team that endorses then . Having said all of this, the company does tend to perform well and makes thoughtful acquisitions to better its portfolio.
