Pros

Not much to be proud about at this company currently. * Historically they offered motivosity to share small monetary rewards with peers, that is now gone. * Historically they allowed for your work-from-home schedule to be determined between you and your manager, that is gone. * Historically they allowed for occasional team building outings to be expensed to the company, that is gone. * Historically there was a food store on the 3rd floor and an allowance of money was given to each employee to spend there, that is gone. Leadership has their eye focused on saving money and doesn't seem to care about employee's personal happiness and work experience any more. It seems that the effects of the departure of the long time CEO Paul Jarman are starting to be manifested.

Cons

* Leadership is fanatical at requiring in-office attendance. They say that in-office attendance is required 2 times per week. If you go on vacation you're still required to scan your badge 8 times per month. It seems like leadership is looking for a way to reduce the number of employees without calling it a layoff. * There are too many levels of leadership. Some decisions can only be made by the highest level of leadership. It seems that executive leadership is micromanaging too many things. They need to put more trust in the lower level leaders. * Getting a raise in salary is almost impossible. There is a yearly merit cycle, but that only gives 2-6% salary increases to a select number of employees. Doesn't allow for employee's salary to keep up with the current high rate of inflation.

Thanks for your sharing your thoughts. Our NICE-FLEX hybrid work model allows NICErs to enjoy the best of both worlds – two days a week from the office to benefit from team collaborations and in-person connection, and three days of work-from-home. At NICE, we hire top talent and our "pay for performance" culture ensures that strong performers are duly compensated. We encourage you to reach out to your HR Business Partner or direct manager to share your specific concerns.

Pros

Financially successful company, so they have the money to pay for things when they get desperate.

Cons

No ethics across the company, the culture is screw over everyone that can't fire you, and then suck up to your boss and you'll be good. I went to the HR Director in Atlanta for advice, and she said "sometimes it is easier to lie." This is the advice HR of the company is giving us. It is also a running joke with employees that there is no diversity in executive management, and no chance of moving up unless you look like them.
