Pros
Good benefits, fair salary, usually yearly raises and bonuses, fairly respectful of work/life balance.
Cons
Poor leadership and communication, reduced bonuses by 40% across the board with zero communication even though last year was another record profit year, raises were 2/3 less than the inflation rate, and doesn’t have a system to provide consistent feedback on management and leadership which is contributing to a toxic workplace.
