NICE CXone is a group of fantastic people delivering the best product in the market. We have grown exceptionally fast and our products are continually evolving. Leading projects and programs and serving our customers is hard work but there is no better place to do it than NICE CXone. The years of experience on your resume are not as important as your abilities to think and execute so there are incredible opportunities. Leadership abilities, character, resilience and people-skills are highly valued and rewarded. Great salary, great benefits and I value the independence, latitude and flex (work from home) program!

Cons

People who excel here are pacesetters, can move fast, learn fast and adapt. You have to be willing to learn and ask for help. It takes most people 6 months to 1 year to learn "how to do business" within our large and growing global organization but there is plenty of help and support along the way. Within Professional Services we have excellent opportunities for work-life balance and we are afforded great latitude by Leadership but that requires that you be organized and proactive.

Pros

- High standards of software engineering. Good place to learn and adopt the Agile software development principles. - Good Agile work processes. Good place to learn and adopt the Agile work processes. - Very open to internal position changes. - Managers are pushing employees to evolve and to advance their career.

Cons

- Low compensation. - salary is significantly lower then industry standard. - Although the company stock is very attractive, no stocks are given to developers. Feels like the simple employees (developers, etc.), aren't enjoying the company's fruits of success. - Food budget is significantly lower then industry standard. - There are yearly bonuses, but they aren't even of a one monthly salary worth. - Every employee with a bit of a talent has left the company. No one left to learn from, some of the developers professional level is very low. - Feels like the company is making efforts to spend as less as they can on the employees. - Disconnected senior management.
