MCH culture has been a true differentiator. No other institution offers these values and understanding. Great nursing leadership. TME support and vision has been extraordinary. Digitization and improvements over the past few years have been second to none. Quality care and great achievements, recognized in US News Report. Great marketing team, receiving top awards; recognized nationwide.

Cons

Too many initiatives, often pulled in too many directions. Not adequate resources (capital or staff) to support all new initiatives. At times unrealistic expectations.

Job satisfaction knowing we are helping children and their families. Good work/life balance. Opportunity for growth. Great benefits.

Cons

Pay may not be compatible with other area health care organizations. In the last few years there has been a reduction in employee morale. More work load given to employees and departments do not seem adequately staffed. With all of that said it seems there has been an increase in number of higher management positions lately which looks badly to the employees we are asking to be conscience of budget to.
