Good place to work if you just follow the rules, keep to yourself, and stay quiet. The hospital is trying very hard to be a good place to work.

Cons

Some departments and their managers do not care about their employees. The hospital is short staffed and the employees are overworked. There is a LOT of incompetence to go around.
