Nicklaus Children's Health System reviews

There is simply NO OVERSIGHT by the board. They're being given cooked numbers. VPs have their own agendas and openly stab each other in the back (alarmingly political) Board of Directors (the non-employees) seem either unaware of what's going on and buy into any status reports without doing ANY audits. Too many directors without qualifications or experience are promoted. There are NO STANDARDS outside patient care. HR is terrible. They allow management to penalize without following HR protocols.

Manager was unprofessional when dealing with staff. He hated any type of confrontation & pushed staff to deal with issues that needed his mediation. What could have been a close department was divided. The director was hands off.
