Interesting place to work where you can have an impact and make customers happy

Pros

Good work life balance, fun atmosphere. Small enough that you get a chance to learn new skills and have an impact. Projects are interesting and customers are passionate about the work you do. American manufacturing with everything designed and created in house. High expectation of quality and service.

Cons

If you need a very stable task list or hate when projects change directions (or don't like dogs), this may not be a good place for you.

A great company is nothing more than great people working together. NK is a great company.

Pros

NK is an exciting, challenging and fun place to work. We provide real solutions to our customers problems, which is exciting. Those solutions are not easily developed, which is challenging. And the others I work with are intelligent, creative and respectful, which is fun.

Cons

There is always more to do than we can cover, so that's stressful at times. I'm thankful that's the worst problem we tend to have.

Pros

Great projects that I like, I see my value add and I get kudos too! Plus dogs (4 legs) running throughout the office makes it fun!

Cons

I don't use the on-site gym enough, me bad! Small company so if you're looking to become president, it's not going to happen.
