Pros

Good benefits. Good coworkers. Everyone plays a part in the success of the company. Trying to continuously improve.

Cons

While most of the employees are team players, there are some who still don't understand the importance of being on time and being reliable. When someone is late, if affects all of us.

Pros

Full time benefits US made products Charitable 401K Yearly bonus Opportunities are equal for all Undoubtedly a decent resume builder.

Cons

Poor management, people ratting each other out over petty occurrences, front office employees treat assemblers poorly, no raises, HR unfair to employees, took away employees grace time to clock in at 7AM and then started warning employees of tardiness. They do not give employees enough break time for the long 9-10 hr days worked. Unorganized work stations. Occasion theft of employees belongings occasionally occurred.

Small company with full benefits that the company paid for.

Completely micromanaged production floor which made for an uncomfortable working enviroment..
