North Memorial Health reviews

A revolving door of managers and directors resulting in the current authoritarian regime. Impossible goals with insufficient resources. Coworkers don’t do their jobs. The Robbinsdale hospital is embarrassingly under-maintained. Patients’ rooms have broken devices/items attached to walls, etc.

● Very high turn over rate, company-wide (I can only point to the upper management to see where the vast issues with this organization stem from) ● No HR team on site, so hearing back from the remote staff could take days or weeks ● Lack of diversity in upper management ● Very lackluster department training protocols and you're left to figure out a lot of things. Oh, but don't ask too many questions or you'll be met with sarcastic, rhetorical questions ● There's plenty more but I'll stop here.
