Pros

If you like working independently then Norton Brownsboro is your kind of place!

Cons

0.20 cent an hour raise for working through the Covid surges- REALLY? No support from management. Instead of working on retaining their nurses they insult you with low pay and an ever increasing work load. The nurse's perform all blood specimen lab draws, nurse's transport patient's to and from CT, MRI, x-ray, or anywhere else they may need to go! Benefits are overpriced. Mandatory overtime. No work/life balance what so ever!

Decent benefits. Fair number of dedicated employees

Cons

Nepotism Managers who don't manage just send emails Little collaboration Technical team is untouchable and won't attempt to help or work with clinical teams to solve issues Printing issues are a black hole as technical team blames whatever team is trying to print then after they send the ticket back a couple times and its get escalated they might consider it being a server issue.
