Sales org is a mess, rest of the orgs are great

Pros

Notion is loved by most who use it, company is growing tremendously, great place to work outside of the sales org, smart intelligent employees, kind executive leadership, competitive pay.

Cons

The sales org is a complete mess. My experience was if you're not well liked by certain sales leader you're faced with clear unfair treatment such as less accounts, higher quotas, always accused of not selling properly, and the feeling you're getting pushed out of the company. I knew many other reps who shared this same sentiment

+ Great WLB and amazing internal culture. + Competitive benefits. + Compensation seems fine, but it's not liquid. + Lot's of great interesting projects going.

Cons

- As a startup, there is lack of processes and some turmoil. This gives a lot of opportunity for professional growth but you need to be up for the challenge. - TypeScript.

The company has a positive reputation in the industry. Comprehensive employee benefits package. Collaborative and skilled IC coworkers.

Cons

The company culture doesn't fully align with some of its stated values, particularly in terms of open communication and transparency. Despite similar performance expectations, there's a noticeable disparity in resource allocation among different teams. This misalignment between available resources, management expectations, and ambitious deadlines has increased employee stress levels. The challenging work environment has resulted in various outcomes for employees, including burnout or extended leaves of absence.
