* Great Pay and Benefits * Real improvement over salaries from Automate

Cons

* The work being done has no planning associated with it causing unnecessary expectations being set causing huge number of issues * The work assigned specifically to the Indian office seems very close to busy work and nothing else. * The work culture is quite toxic with a lot of office politics between managers and employees.

1. Leadership and planning are super reasonable and actionable, the vision is clear 2. Always have important things to do, no time is wasted in politics 3. Keeping the management level in a minimum size is a good strategy 4. People here makes a lot sense: people are paying attention to the business growth rather than other superficial things

Cons

2 days per week is required to go back to office, but I don't see it would require more this year
