1) The development speed is super fast. 2) You are encouraged to built new cool stuff which might end up being loved by all notion users. 4) Competitive Compensation, Reimbursed lunch and office rides, Monthly fun outings. 5) The culture in Hyderabad office is quite fun and I personally enjoy going to office.

Cons

1) Work might get a bit repetitive. 2) I enjoy working from office, but this probably isn't the company for you if you prefer remote work.

- The team is friendly and supportive. - There are many opportunities for career growth here. The manager encourages curiosity and enthusiasm and always supports any initiatives taken by the team or individuals. - Projects are really good, and the manager always follows up with each individual to check if they are enjoying their work. If not, the manager tries to find a project where the individual can excel. That's something I have never seen in my past companies. - Benefits are amazing, we get free snacks, meals, and outings every month.

Cons

- I don't have any - for me, Notion is the best place to work in India.
