Pros
This is one of the best companies I have worked for. It's definitely the best startup. * Founders have clear vision about the product. * The product has a positive social impact and we use it ourselves and improve it everyday. * Transparency, friendly working environment, caring about social causes, etc... These are a few aspects holding well as the company grows.
Cons
* Bay area office is in San Francisco. The company has very successful stories with in person collaboration when it was very small so we still push towards in office. Currently there is a plan to be in office two days a week. This can have some uncertainties for some people. * We are growing very fast. There can be lot of dynamics on organization change or product refocus. * Lot of pieces need a bit re-architecture to improve dev velocity. We have more people working on these but it will take some time.
