- As a startup, there is lack of processes and some turmoil. This gives a lot of opportunity for professional growth but you need to be up for the challenge. - TypeScript.

Notion is a fun bunch of people working passionately to build this product, and it's such a delight to be a part of this team. The entire team is super mission focused, driven, and really take pride in their craft!

Cons

It's a very fast paced company, which sometimes requires a lot of ownership, co-ordination and execution, which can be a lot to handle, and may not be for everyone
