A promising organisation, with lot of growth oppertunities

Pros

The product is a very fresh take on productivity software. It is unique and has demonstrated a good product market fit.

Cons

Work life balance is quite bad. You are expected to be pretty much active all your waking hours. There's a large discrepancy in written rules/expectations (if at all) and practice. Processes are missing and its unlikely that someone will back you when things don't go well.

everyone is really motivated, passionate, and a pleasure to work with. there is a lot of interesting work to do! as someone who is earlier in my career, i'm learning a lot, and i feel challenged in the right ways. the people here are smart and experienced!
