Company is stable and growing with a passionate user base. Experience at the company can vary by team but on average people are happy. Notion also tries to make the office worth coming to with events, treats, and good commuter benefits.

Cons

Equity is not liquid, don't know when there will be another tender offer

- very passionate user base, known product-market fit, strong growth as a company - Lots of autonomy given to engineers of all levels, ability to learn more each and every day - Fantastic culture, going into the office (min. required) 2 days per week really builds a strong culture that I don't think you'd get without it. Employees are so friendly, helpful and collaborative

Cons

Fast paced, sometime ambiguous plans may not be for everyone
